  3. applies to individual users who wish to pass copies out to friends
  4. and associates.

  7. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
  8. refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating to
  9. them.

  22. Copyright (c) 1994 - 1996 by Fast Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc.

  25. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by
  26. United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty
  27. provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
  28. law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to
  29. the best of our ability.  The conditions under which you may copy
  30. this software and documentation are clearly outlined below under
  31. "Distribution Restrictions".

  34. license to use this software for evaluation purposes for a period not
  35. to exceed thirty (30) days.  If you intend to continue using this
  36. software (and/or its documentation) after the thirty (30) day
  37. evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment to Fast
  38. Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc.

  40. Using this software after the thirty (30) day evaluation period,
  41. without registering the software is a violation of the terms of
  42. this limited license.

  44. Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  45. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
  46. the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any
  47. such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  48. termination of this license.

  54. Limited Distribution License:

  56. As the copyright holder for Name That State for Windows, Fast 
  57. Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. authorizes distribution by
  58. individuals only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  60. (User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors,
  61. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should
  62. refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating
  63. to them.)

  65. (BBS SYSOPs should refer to the SYSOP.TXT file for complete
  66. information relating to them.)

  68. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Fast Accurate Computer
  69. Technologies, Inc. to copy the Name That State for Windows diskette
  70. for their own use (for evaluation purposes) or for other individuals
  71. to evaluate, ONLY when the following conditions are met.

  73. The Name That State for Windows package is defined as containing all
  74. the material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files
  75. listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself,
  76. are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  77. forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable
  78. for distribution.

  80. o  The Name That State for Windows package - including all related
  81.    program files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  82.    way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  83.    exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of all files
  84.    that are part of the Name That State for Windows package.

  86. o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  87.    Name That State for Windows package.  A distribution cost may be
  88.    charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping and
  89.    handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed
  90.    US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  92. o  The Name That State for Windows package CANNOT be sold as part of
  93.    some other inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any
  94.    commercial software packaging offer, without a written
  95.    agreement from Fast Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc.

  97. o  The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or
  98.    in part, using any means, without the written permission of Fast
  99.    Accurate Computer Systems, Inc.  In other words, the disk-based
  100.    documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy)
  101.    form.
  102.  
  103. o  The Name That State for Windows package cannot be "rented" or
  104.    "leased" to others.
  105.  
  106. o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  107.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  108.    transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  109.    agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  110.    immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  112. o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  113.    disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software
  114.    and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  115.    restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  116.    software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the
  117.    Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  118.    252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
  119.    Contractor/manufacturer is Fast Accurate Computer Technologies,
